Congratulations on your pregnancy! The yoga class for pregnant women in the yoga studio offers you a wonderful opportunity to connect with your growing baby on a physical, mental and emotional level and at the same time to prepare for the birth.
Our maternity yoga class is led by experienced and empathetic yoga teachers who cater specifically to the needs of expectant mothers. The class is designed to take into account the unique physical changes you will experience during pregnancy, helping you build strength, reduce stress and experience deep relaxation.
During yoga classes we will focus on gentle and safe postures (asanas) aimed at improving your flexibility, stability and posture. We will also practice breathing techniques (Pranayama) that will help you calm down and prepare you for conscious and relaxed breathing during labour.
The yoga class for pregnant women also offers space for meditation and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and create a deeper connection with your body and your baby. You will meet a supportive community of other moms-to-be to connect and share experiences with.
Our yoga courses for pregnant women are suitable for all stages of pregnancy, including yoga beginners. We adapt the exercises individually to your needs and abilities. Our teachers are on hand to make sure you feel comfortable and safe during the course.
It is recommended that you consult your doctor or midwife before beginning your maternity yoga class to ensure yoga is appropriate for you and your baby.
