  • Join our Mama Baby Pilates class, specially designed for new mothers to gently rebuild strength, improve posture, and bond with their baby in a calm and supportive environment. This class focuses on safe, effective movements tailored for postnatal recovery while incorporating your little one into the fun!

  • Booking is simple—just reserve your spot via our schedule. Please note: in case of cancellation, we will notify you no later than 15 hours before the class.

  • Reconnect with your body and share precious moments with your baby. We can’t wait to welcome you!
